Web.Config Editor
Hunter Stone's WCE is a tool to make management of ASP.Net's web configuration (web.config) files quicker and easier. Web.Config Editor supports two modes: Simple Mode, used for editing a single web.config file, and Composite Mode, used for editing all web.config files that apply to an ASP.NET application.
