LaunchIt NOW! allows you to have a small, desktop-like window with full-size icons to launch your favorite programs, files, folders, documents or URLs. It runs in the system tray and is always just one click away. Also, it can be called via a user-defined hotkey. LaunchIt NOW! is fully configurable and customizable on a per-user basis and it offers full Windows Shell integration.
The program sits in the Windows 9x/NT tray and makes it easy to swap printers. As a plus it can also display the date and it attempts to position itself next to the time.
System tray menu displays a list of folders you specify. Each folder item will display another menu listing that folder's contents. If there are a large number of items in a folder they can be sorted and grouped by name. When you move your mouse over one of these group menu items, another menu will be displayed listing the items within the folder that start with the letter listed on the group menu item. This will save you time finding files.
