Iconomizer
This easy to use application enables quick access to your favorite programs from the system tray. Simply click on the tray icon and select a program to run from the pop-up menu. You can add and delete programs from a file explorer menu or just drag and drop your program file into the list. In addition to program files, you can add documents, folders, videos, images, websites and all other file types into your list.

Tray Minimizer
Tray Minimizer allows you to hide any window in System Tray. Why? We often need to launch many applications at the same time and all of them are opened on the TaskBar. If more then 7 - 9 windows are collected, then such variety is confusing, besides that, it is difficult to find each separated window. You can often launch the program in the begining of the work and to close only at the end.

AppAway
AppAway is the easiest way to hide any program. The program will not appear on the screen, in the taskbar or when you alt+tab.
AppAway is EASY. Just drag the AppAway icon from the system tray onto the software you want to hide. It doesn't get much easier than that!
AppAway is SMALL, 72kb. It's written in C++ without any resource hungry components, which means that AppAway is using as little system resources as possible.

It might be useful if you have too many icons in your System Tray and there is not much place left for the buttons of your running applications on the taskbar. Just click a small button to the right of the System Tray, - your System Tray will hide and space for the taskbar buttons will be expanded.
