PhoneFax ISDN English
Using PhoneFax you can send faxes and emails (the fax will be attached to the email in .dcx or .jpg format),
you can send faxes to a group of recipients (having fax or email). Using filters you can save incoming or outgoing faxes to different folders and assign actions to these folders (fax forwarding, send SMS, send to a group of recipients, send a voice message, printout). Via PhoneOffice you can even change the fax forwarding number.

OutlookDisclaimer
OutlookDisclaimer is a tool to automatically format outgoing email. You don't need Exchange or any other mail server to add the disclaimer because it is a client-based tool. This means that you actualy see what you send out. This is not the case with server-based tools.
The message processing is done on the client-pc, but the network administrator can administer the settings with one central ini-file on a file server. Supports active directory.

Snappy Fax Network Server

HaveTheyReadItYet is a simple freeware privacy-protection and receipt-notification tool that inserts attractive clickable images into outgoing e-mail messages. Clicking on the image shows the sender or any recipient when and where the message was read. Works with Outlook Express/2000/XP on the sending end, and with any HTML-aware email program on the receiving end. Does not affect message routing. Users can select or create their own images.
