Resource Tuner Console
Resource Tuner Console is a stand-alone command-line application for Windows, designed to automatically edit resources in large numbers of executable files. Resource Tuner Console accepts input from a file, and supports VBScript. Whenever large numbers of files have to be processed or to be accessible through scripting / batching, you need Resource Tuner Console. It fully supports Unicode and multi-byte international character sets.
