TEXTools (new release, April 2003) is a text processing tool for Windows that allows you to manipulate text like a pro using the paradigm of "pipes and filters". TEXTools pipes can be utilized interactively from TEXTools' graphical user interface or at the console prompt. They can also be utilized from batch files, scripting languages such as VBScript and from programs written in languages such as Visual Basic, Delphi, C++, etc.
